Return Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Dresstells.
If you are not happy with your purchase, don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible to start processing your return and exchange.

RETURN POLICY:

GENERAL POLICY

Standard sized clothing and most accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery, while jewelry and headwear can only be returned within 7 days of delivery.

All items to be returned must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached. Returned items will be refunded for the amount paid and applicable taxes, not including shipping and rush fees (if applicable). We encourage our customers to inspect and try on all items as soon as they are delivered.

Please note that the dress must be in its original condition if you take it to a seamstress and decide to return it instead of altering it. If the dress comes back with pins or pin marks, a refund will be refused.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are excluded from return:

  • Custom size/color dresses
  • Swatches
  • Fabric
  • Ready to ship dresses
  • Face masks
  • Garment bags
  • Jewelry that is no longer in its original condition (no longer in original packaging)
  • Shapewear (all items under this heading)
  • Bathrobes & lingerie pieces/sets 
  • Any other items marked FINAL SALE

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer an exchange service for any products. Many of our items are made to order, so we do not have these items in stock. If an item does not work and another is needed, a return will need to be processed for any unwanted items (if eligible) and a new order will need to be placed for new items.

Current lead time and price will apply to all new orders. Previous price or discount used on the original order will not be honored on a new order.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS:

We reserve the right to define and restrict, refuse and/or reject customer returns at any time due to, but not limited to:

  • Irregular or excessive returns indicative of "wardrobing."
  • Irregular or excessive returns of worn, altered, washed, damaged or missing items.
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Bulk orders with multiple sizes/variations of items of the same type.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MIS-SHIPPED DRESSES:

RETRUN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please contact customer service on our website and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will not accept items that you have returned directly without contacting us first. You can contact us at dresstellsbrand@gmail.com.

2. After you have received the return instructions from us, please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging. Write your order number on the package, e.g. WBDTUSSL1001, so that your package can be easily recognized and we can solve your problem as quickly as possible.

3. Hand in your parcel at your local post office.

4. Most returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issed in the same way you originally paid for the order. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. The original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.

* Please note that all returns, customers must pay for the cost of the shipment.

IMPORTANT NOTE Once your return is in transit back to us we cannot resend any of the items to you. Please make sure you do not include non-dresstells items in your return package as we are unable to send them back to you.
